I love how you get like 3 meals out of a chicken. With the leftovers Phil made chicken sandwiches(sandwiches and breakfast are always Phil's department). You could REALLY taste the lemon and tarragon in it, almost more so from the night before.

  1. What's all this food presentation stuff? Before I met Alison food was about fast consumption. Breakfast was half a slab of bacon and a couple of sloppy eggs hacked away with a 1960s butter knife and a table pitchfork. Sandwiches were ham, block cheese, and French's moutarde. After some serious training I've learned about subtle flavour, food styling and presentation, and the importance of a nice table cloth.
