What's all this food presentation stuff? Before I met Alison food was about fast consumption. Breakfast was half a slab of bacon and a couple of sloppy eggs hacked away with a 1960s butter knife and a table pitchfork. Sandwiches were ham, block cheese, and French's moutarde. After some serious training I've learned about subtle flavour, food styling and presentation, and the importance of a nice table cloth.
