This was an AMAZING lemon tarragon chicken we did on the BBQ. Have always wanted to grill a whole chicken but was a little intimidated by it for some reason. Really there's nothing to it, it just took a really long time. Really though who cares when you're hanging out in your backyard on a fine summers night sipping drinks.

  1. I was the lucky recipient who consumed most of this chicken. While seemingly simple in appearance there was a harmony of flavour, tenderness, and succulence that suited my taste buds. It's nice to look at too, but
    I need to eat slower.
