And of course when you have chicken you have to make a stock. This one here is with red onion only because I was out of the other kind. Don't think it matters. Love having homemade stock. It feels so...so... satisfying? I don't know what the feeling is but it feels good. I used to cut up all the veggies and peel the carrots and so on but I now know you can just throw everything in whole... did you know that? You don't even have to peel the onion, garlic or carrots.
